33. The Haa Valley, Bhutan
In English, the word “haa” means “hidden.” Veteran visitors confirm that this lovely valley located in Ha, (Western) Bhutan is indeed “hidden” from the usual tourist trade and that its beauty also makes it a hidden gem.
Indeed, while it does not get much publicity those who have already been there stated it is one of the world’s most enchanting locations. While Asian has several charming valleys, this particular one is said to be perfect in the Spring and is less than two hours from the town of Paro.
