44. The Windows and Turret Arch

You will be able to see three arches in one hike. Better yet, this hike is an easy one-mile round trip hike. It should only take you roughly 45 minutes.

You can see both the North and South Window and then continue on to see the Turret Arch. Be sure to stop, turn and look behind you at the North and South Window
Too. It is then that you will be able to get a good look at the Mask.

  1. Great photos. Arches for me is up there with Yosemite and Grand Canyon NP. There are so many cool rock formations. and places to explore. Also the surrounding area has a lot to see and do with Moab, Dead Horse State park, and Canyonlands.

  2. Hello!
Yes, I agree! I have been to those places more than once. In fact, if you’re a regular reader I’ve written about hiking the entire grand Canyon more than once with my father and a small, select group of Scouts. I doubt I could do it today and am glad I was a teenager when i did it lol Thanks for your comment and for reading too!

  3. I hiking Havasupai the Grand Canyon 25 years ago why am at Moony Falls. It was a Blast! Remembering when, I also hiked Death Valley for 2 weeks about and walked through Dead Horse Canyon and Catalina Island. God had made some amazing places for us to enjoy.

  4. Hi!
Yes, I did much of my hiking when I was younger and did not totally appreciate what I saw but now I look back and realize each trail we complete is a trail that so many others will never even see.
    Thanks for the comment!

  5. The next time I read a blog, I hope that it doesnt disappoint me as much as this one. I mean, I know it was my choice to read, but I actually thought youd have something interesting to say. All I hear is a bunch of whining about something that you could fix if you werent too busy looking for attention.

  6. Hi!
I agree. I think the owners have set up this site very nicely. They experiment with other looks from time to time but I agree. I think it has a great look to it.

  7. Good blog! I truly love how it is easy on my eyes and the data are well written. I am wondering how I could be notified when a new post has been made. I have subscribed to your RSS feed which must do the trick! Have a great day!
