Hi!
I just wrote an article about bucket list locations that would be difficult for anyone not in good shape whether they can walk or not. That might help you with knowing where not to go. Assuming you have a wheelchair I would say any place that is pedestrian-friendly would be a possibility.
BUT do not limit yourself. Decided where you would really like to go first and then look into how wheelchair-friendly these places are. Live your best life!

Come to Brasov and visit sorroundings resorts and monuments and you will be wowed! Of course you can stay on a 5* hotel which cost but as well in a clean nice guest house at around 20-30€ per night per room. A meal with a beer cost around 10€.
