Etihad Airways is making waves for its uber luxurious in flight services in economy class. While its cabins are known to be ultra spacious (yes space is one of the biggest USPs of Etihad), the airline hasn’t overlooked its economy travelers.
Their economy class still has an edge over several other airlines when it comes to offering meal choices and even options in desserts. They are probably the only airline on planet earth to provide hot desserts to economy class flyers. Now that’s taking customer service and hospitality to an entirely new level.
The Emirades from Lisbon to Dubai and Cape Town and back is terrible.

And the service at board is not good
And the assisted not nice
It was the first time that I traveler in Emirades because the tell me it was very comfortable ,but is a mistake and now people said that are no good
The table are dirty
